Phil has been working with us for a few months in a freelance capacity but joined us permanently in 2021. 

 “Phil and I have a working relationship that goes back 20 years”, Shaun Wordsworth said “it’s so rewarding to renew old working relationships. Just goes to show how talented people thrive in any circumstances, and Covid has been a challenge for us all.”

Phil has already brought some of his wider client relationships into the business, but has also allowed us to carry out commissions for other clients with his breadth of expertise.

We look forward to delivering pre-construction services to our contractor and end user clients and to delivering more schemes under Construction Management in 2021 as we exit nationwide restrictions.
