One and two bedroom city centre PRS development

Demolition of an existing visitor’s centre and construction of new one and two bedroom apartments.
We originally cost planned the scheme to allow site purchase, followed by the procurement of market tested prices on behalf of the client to hand over to the delivery team. The scheme had complex level issues which required modelling and a sequence to allow safe access, whilst ensuring the working space and access were secured.
We developed a post tensioned concrete frame solution with timber SIP panels which gave the client more floor area and programme efficiencies. We worked closely with highways to agree a detailed temporary works strategy for Cheethamhill Road, Manchester.
