The newly refurbished office will be a base for 350 staff and provides a modern and flexible working environment with a focus on shared space for networking and collaboration. The modern space meets contemporary ways of working, with the best audio and video technology installed to maintain the Group's successful and popular hybrid working model. The office features a communal atrium area with a cafe and breakout space as well as shower facilities, covered cycle storage and car parking. It has fully accessible raised floors and excellent natural light.
We added value for the client by negotiating the contract sum and securing a 3% project discount as part of the financial negotiations.
